Consultation is open from 20 July to 6 August 2010 on proposed changes to the:
- Climate Change (Stationary Energy and Industrial Processes) Regulations 2009, and
- Climate Change (Liquid Fossil Fuels) Regulations 2008.

Submissions are welcome and close on 6 August 2010. Please send to ETSRegulations@mfe.govt.nz
We apologise for the short time available for you to make a submission. There is some urgency because participants need to know their reporting formats for the 2010 calendar year.
Proposed updates to the SEIP and LFF regulations include:
- updating emission factors that are expected to change slightly from year to year, and
- making some technical corrections for greater clarity and certainty.
